Spaghetti Sauce

Thank you Mary Moore! This is the best sauce recipe in the world!

2 lb hamburger
2 cooking onions, chopped
1 7 1/2 ounce can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 13 ounce can tomato paste
1 28 ounce can of tomatoes
3 cups water
3 T white sugar
2 T Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Tabasco
3 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp basil
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp pepper

- in large pot (dutch oven) saute meat and onions until all redness disappears from meat, and onions are soft, but not brown (break up meat as it cooks)
- add all remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly (I bring it to a boil)
- turn down heat, and simmer uncovered 2 1/2 to 3 hours, stirring often
- serve over noodles, or use as the meat layer of lasagna
- freeze leftovers

Delish!!

Man! That would feed me for the entire winter! I'll try that in the fall for sure cuz my stomach is grumbling. I don't have Mary Moore so I appreciate these recipes.
