Collecting other recipes... butterscotch sauce

Since Kathy's posted a couple of recipes recently, I started going through the recipes online here. We have many family favourites (shortbread, yum yums etc) but I think there are some missing. Like those wicked chocolate caramel thingies that Kathy made...or was it Lois...anyway, there's also Barb's chocolate chip squares, I wouldn't mind having the Penuche (sp?) icing recipe.

And Christmas cookies and stuff...mum's meatballs. Hmm. I'm getting hungry!

Butterscotch Sauce
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup water
4 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup light cream
Salt and vanilla
Combine sugar, water and butter. bring to boil and boil for about 4 minutes until it reaches soft boil stage. 236F
Remove from heat and cool slightly
Add cream, salt and vanilla. Beat
