        <![CDATA[<p>The best course Jason took at high school was "cooking," where he brought home this recipe!</p>

<p>- cook fettuccine noodles in a large pot of boiling water<br />
- drain</p>

<p>- cook 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut in strips) in vegetable oil in frying pan until brown<br />
- remove from pan</p>

<p>- saute vegetables (assorted as below) in oil in frying pan 2 or 3 minutes - until tendercrisp</p>

<p>- green pepper cut in strips<br />
- zucchini, unpeeled, sliced<br />
- carrots cut in julienne strips<br />
- broccoli florets<br />
- celery cut in diagonal slices<br />
- sweet or green onions<br />
- sliced mushrooms<br />
(- whatever is in the house, and to taste)</p>

<p>- return chicken to pan to keep warm until sauce is ready</p>

<p>Alfredo Sauce<br />
125 ml (1/2 cup) butter<br />
250 ml (1 c) cream<br />
2 ml salt<br />
1 ml pepper<br />
2 ml nutmeg<br />
125 ml (1/2 c) Parmesan cheese<br />
15 ml chopped freah parsley<br />
- melt butter in cream in heavy saucepan<br />
- bring almost to boil and whish in seasonings<br />
- pour over cooked fettuccine<br />
- toss with chicken & vegetables</p>]]>

Bake 350 for 35 - 45 min.</p>

<p>( I tried it with 1 cup spinach and cottage cheese. It worked too, not as dense)</p>]]>
