Teriyaki Meat Balls

1 cup soya sauce
1/2 cup water
2 cloves of garlic crushed, 2 T ginger
3 lb. ground beef
Form into tiny balls no more than 1" across.
Place in large roasting pan uncovered in 275 oven for 1 hr.
Or cook in frying pan.
