1/8 tsp pepper, 2 tsp salt
2 T brown sugar
1 T paprika
2 T Worcetershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup chilli sauce
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup water
1 chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
Simmer for 2 hours
